Scripture Reading ... Matthew 4:18-22

Jesus showed us just how much we can do without saying a lot. when the four fishermen left what they were doing and followed Jesus, He had said very little. Yet, they had no problem following Him.

How we act, and what we do tells people much more about us then our words can ever say. Jesus preached, but as you read through the Gospels, you find He did more then preach. He was direct when He did speak, but always showed compassion. He showed His true nature and people repsected Him. Those who didn't feared Him because they did not understand His message. Jesus gave us the pattern to live our lives.

He reached people through His deeds and His manner. Many times people followed Him because He showed them kindness and compassion. Further pages will explain this in more detail.
