Scripture Reading ... 1 John 3:16-18

For a long time, I have wanted to put together a tribute to the most precious and outstanding person who ever lived. The one who gave the greatest of all gifts to all mankind. Jesus, the son of God came to this earth, lived, and died to save us all. His life is the foundation of the Christian life, and His death offers us the redemption which allows our souls to live forever. All the pages under the, “About Jesus” heading in the navigation bar are dedicated to Him.

All of these pages, including this one, has a picture, scripture passage, and a brief commentary. All pictures are linked to the web page where they came from to show proper credit.

His life is the example which we as Christians must follow. We can never be perfect like Jesus was, but we can do our best to follow His example. Words alone can not show the truth of our love for others, but our actions will express the truth of our love for them. Following the example of Jesus requires us to help those around us. “My little children, let us not love in word or in tongue, but in deed and in truth.” (1 John 3:18, NKJ Version)
